Music Lesson Schedule for 2026-2027

Explore our weekly group classes and private lesson availability. All lesson times are subject to availability and advance registration. Please indicate when enrolling in private lessons whether you prefer a 45- or 60-minute lesson. The default below is set to 30 minutes. Thirty minutes is ideal for the very young beginner.

Group Classes

Mondays
Beginning Violin Class with Ms. Anya & Mrs. Phyllis
4:30–5:30 pm.
Location: St. Thomas the Apostle School, 5467 S. Woodlawn Ave, Chicago, IL

Tuesdays
Voice Class with Ms. Sania Iman

• Children ages 8–12: 5:30–6:30 pm.

• Teens and adults ages 13+: 6:30–7:30 pm.

Wednesdays
String Orchestra Class with Ms. Anya
5:00–6:00 pm.

Private Lesson Availability

Voice or Piano with Ms. Sania Iman (specify 30-, 45-, or 60-minute lesson when enrolling)

• Tuesdays:  5:00, 6:00, 7:00 pm.

• Thursdays:  5:00, 6:00, 7:00 pm.

Violin or Piano with Mrs. Phyllis Calderon (no availability)

Trumpet with Mr. Prince Polk (no availability)

Violin or Viola with Ms. Anya

• Tuesdays: 4:00-4:30, 5:00

• Wednesdays: 3:15, 3:45, 4:15–5:00 pm.

Piano with Mr. John on Fridays only

• 3:00–3:30 pm.

• 4:00–4:30 pm.

Guitar or Piano with Mr. Rodney on Wednesdays only

Private lesson times may be divided into 30-, 45-, or 60-minute sessions, depending on the student's age, level, and instructor availability. Lessons are held at the Calderon Music House, 7204 S. Ridgeland Ave, Chicago, unless otherwise stated.
